Seeking live in & doing work, etc exchange for room & board, Freelance Casual/General Labor exchange for room, Live in; Hermosa Beach. Forgive me in advance, but I've been through alot, & not that I'm asking for sympathy, misc, I am handling my situation unto the best of my ability, it's just abit harder now, thus, I'm in need of a room & board in exchange for Freelance Casual & General Labor Services; my info is all (below) for your review, & I do have a resume & references upon request. And I am very clean & know how to clean. Thank you in advance, good day. I'm even good with voluntary & minimally financially doing community/neighborhood business with city's night light utility wooden pole company of installation of additional area night light's, a building/property groundskeepong with assistance - me voluntary financial coverage with & of "Tru Green" landscaping every 4 - 6 weeks; I know how to be involved, with no reimbursement nor accepting credit from anyone, but playing a small part, since I so desperately need to get my housing life back on track since I lost my former studio housing, under "HUD's" Section 8 program, not because I was a problem, but because of CA civil code: 1942.5, I got ruined, because I stood up for my former fellow tenant's against opposition, only to, (09/20/07 - current/present), fortunately be minimally covered with sort of a temporary housing on Downtown LA's Skid Row, when all I want to do is just get my life back, get my lttle home office I got in storage - back set up. I'm not gonna back down from standing up to & against corruption 'power' of local goverment, but continue to stand for tenant's right's of proper, lawful, etc habitability, proper exhibited rental housing & owner's & landlord's who know, if they want to be in this field of real estate, they know they need to exhibit rightness, & not 'flout' the law, because they think they can ot 'play' the code enforcement agencies & local goverment for stupid, ugh. If people only knew (me from 12/2004 - 09/20/07) advocacy & all I did for area & tenant's with no getting back $, & didn't want it either, I just wanted to do something, out of ?, to God, to play small part & show love unto fellow tenant's & if they tried to thank me, I tell them, don't thank me, you give it to God, sigh, I'm sure someone (in desired area of Hermosa Beach, CA) would be down, if I just got that chance, that opportunity. I stay to myself, do my thing, do voluneer stuff around a building, keep clean, got my own 3 year little labor services business with 3 years of great clientele, got a $964/mo income & just want to discuss some kind of mutual, win - win deal with someone in Hermosa Beach or really nearby there, please people, osn't there someone . . . iight, God bless, take care & hope all are well & happy. TASKS / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE: Light industrial, Forklift Certified, Operated powered and non powered Pallet Jacks, UPS on-line, Shipping and Receiving, Inventory and Rotating Stock, Re-Stocking, Loading and Unloading vehicles, Entry Level General Office (filing, phones, misc.) and Customer Service, as well as Entry Level Graphic Web Design, computer / PC project's using Windows 95 / 98 / XP / (Microsoft Word, Internet, email), and Basic / Elementary Spanish and American Sign Language. As well as odd job's: housecleaning (inside / outside, nude or clothed), mover's assistant / helper, minimal yard work, minimal laundry, washing (dishes / vehicles). AND I always seek to go extra mile my my clientele; not because of given compensation, but because I expect myself to over-exceed clientele's expectation's.
